Comments: I was getting water in my attic every time it rained due to small cracks in the boot covering the plumbing vent. I set up my ServiceMagic project request on a Friday evening. They called within an hour and agreed to come out and take a look at my roof on Saturday morning. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the problem and then showed them to me so that I could make a decision. We agreed that there was no need to replace the boot and that it could be patched. He quickly finished the job and also recommended caulking the ridge vent. He also cleared a clogged gutter for no extra charge. Definitely recommended. Would hire again.
